4 | SALES CONTRACT – PRODUCT ORDER

The information contained in the Terms of Use and the details contained in truegrace.gr do not constitute a sales proposal but an invitation for information.

No contract shall be deemed to have been formed between us and you in respect of any products, unless your order is expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been taken from your account, then it will be refunded in full free of charge.

To place an order you will be asked to follow the purchase process and press the “COMPLETE” button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receipt of the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.

5 | AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All product orders are subject to availability. In this light, in the event of supply difficulties or the products being out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you, either by telephone at the number you have indicated or by email, about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund any amount you may have paid in full free of charge.

6 | REJECTION OF ORDER

Although we make every effort to process all orders placed with us, exceptional circumstances may arise where we may need to decline to process an order after we have already sent you the Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our sole discretion.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, or for the removal or editing of any material or content on the website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Confirmation. Order.

7 | DELIVERY – NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Subject to condition 5 above regarding product availability and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will use our best endeavors to complete your order for the product(s) listed on the Order Confirmation by delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time period shown when you choose a payment method, and in any event no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is carried out through the carrier partnered with us and their shipping time in Greece is between three and four (3-4) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

However, delays may occur in cases such as , depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option of either continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date from us, or canceling the order with a full refund free of charge.

For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has obtained physical possession or control of the products, the which will be evidenced by the signature of the proof of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

In the event that your order is lost due to an error by the carrier, we will inform you about this and, if you still wish to complete the order, we will replace and resend the same products to you, otherwise we will return to you free of charge any payment we received from you

8 | PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

The price of each product is the one set at any time on www.truegrace.gr, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled and refund you in full any amount you have paid.

We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), where the error in price is obvious and undisputed and can reasonably be recognized by you as an incorrect price.

The prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, in the event that you are charged for Shipping Costs.

Based on our company’s policy, the shipping costs for your purchases within the Greek territory over one hundred euros (100€) are free for you, while for purchases below one hundred euros (100€) you are charged the amount of four euros (4€) . Shipping costs for your purchases within the European Union are thirty euros (€30). Finally, for shipping costs for purchases outside the European Union, you are charged the amount of thirty euros (€30) regardless of the value of the purchased products. Especially foreign shipments are carried out with ELTA. Prices may change at any time, however, subject to what is specifically stated immediately above, any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent to you.

Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, they will be added to your shopping cart and the next step is to proceed with the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step. Payment can be made by cash on delivery, with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

At the moment you press the “Complete order” button, you confirm that your credit card is valid and has sufficient balance. Credit cards are subject to validity and approval checks by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.

9 | RETURN POLICY

9.1 | Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the Agreement within 7 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 7 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can inform our company by sending an Email to [email protected] or by calling 210 3221172.

Our company will issue a credit note for the payment we have received from you, after deducting the costs of return (€5.00) and cash on delivery (€5.00). The credit is made without delay, usually in 2-3 days and in any case within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products to be returned. You can redeem your credit balance within 1 year from the date of issue with your new order.

In any case, you will not incur additional costs for this return except for the costs of return and cash on delivery (in case you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method). As an exception, in the event that your purchase has a total value of less than €50 and you have been charged shipping costs, the shipping costs you paid are not refunded. You will be given instructions for returning and delivering the products to us. Then you should call the carrier cooperating with us, in order to collect the products from you and return them to our company headquarters.

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:

The product must not have been used,
No labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand markings, etc.) on the products have been removed.
All items must be returned in the perfect condition received, undamaged, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging), while they must also accompanied by all the necessary documents.

EXCEPTIONS

1. Some products in special offers or clearances may be marked as ‘non-returnable’ and the above does not apply.
2. Overseas Shipments: We do not accept changes for overseas shipments.

9.2 | Return and/or Replacement Policy for Defective Products – Merchandise Exchanges

Our company takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packed in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a chance that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you, or that you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your aforementioned right of withdrawal, which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

If you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, in the event that you find that there is damage and/or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us at 210 3221172 or at the e-mail [email protected], telling us if you wish to be sent a new one for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In the event that you wish to be sent a new product for replacement, the new product will be sent to you without any additional charge.

In the event that the product you received is demonstrably defective due to its manufacture, then: for clothes, shoes, clothing accessories you can request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit invoice, or interest-free refund of the money paid if the product you want to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than five (5) days after receipt.

To exchange a non-defective product, you bear the return costs (€5.00) and the costs of the new shipment (€5.00).
Especially if your purchase is greater than €50, you only incur the return costs of five euros (€5).

10 | INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS
